The Shoulder of the Road

stockvault-road-to-the-mountains101303Every writer knows the shoulder of the road. A bumpy stretch of pavement that allows us to pull over and get our crap together.

No exiting the manuscript required. Just a little space to crank the mind down and get a breather before getting back to work.

It’s a great spot to think… unless you have OCD riding shotgun.

I can’t stand myself sometimes. Just saying.

Until tomorrow…

Chloe
