No Shame

Getting help for a mental illness takes guts.

Never doubt that.

You are not looking for an excuse for “poor behavior.”

You are not asking to be coddled.

You are not on the hunt for a “Martyr” badge or a “Fragile!” sticker.

You are simply acknowledging that a part of you is broken and you need help fixing it. There is no shame in that.

Do you hear me?

There is no shame.

Until tomorrow…

Chloe
