The Loss of Distraction

As the sunlight grows short, the days grow long.

Night is a dangerous time for the crazy.

Relax. I’m not talking hide your knives and ice picks kind of dangerous. The peril I speak of is only for the nut in question.

Darkness grants no distractions. The ever-changing visual stimuli daylight so graciously gives is hidden by the night.

Distractions are key for people such as me.

So, pardon the loon who waits so impatiently for the spring… and, please, still allow us silverware.

Until tomorrow…

Chloe
